About Me

Hi! My name is Chris Wylie and I am a BACP accredited counsellor and supervisor working in private practice. For thirteen years I worked as the counsellor at Long Road Sixth Form College, Cambridge. I have an MSc in Psychodynamic Counselling from Birkbeck College in London and have done further training in the Young People's Consultation Service at the Tavistock Clinic. I have also done a Counselling In Educational Settings training at the British Association of Psychotherapists in London.

I trained as a supervisor at Leicester University and supervise counsellors working with young people, working in private practice and in education.

I worked with 11-16 year olds at St. Bede's School in Cambridge for ten years. For five years I worked at Bedford House in Ely as a counsellor for young people under 26 years old. You can find out more about me from my CV by clicking on the link at the bottom of this page.
