I work as a counsellor with adults of all ages and my initial trainingwas in person-centred pastoral counselling. My training at Birkbeck College was in a psychodynamic approach to counselling and the training at the Tavistock was in a brief therapy approach.

I work as an integrative counsellor, drawing on all my training and adapt my approach according to the individual. I have worked for twenty years with adults of all ages who have had a wide variety of reasons for coming to see me.
